You’ll receive an email as soon as your parcel is in motion. Once en route, estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for the US and Canada, and up to 10 business days for Mexico.

You can request a return for your item within 30 days of receiving it, after chatting with our team. Email support@telepathicinstruments.com and we’ll get you sorted. However, if we see that you’ve only bought it to make some content on the internet, we might have to talk. That’s not cool.
